US-based investment firm Berkshire Partners has completed its investment in fashion accessories brand Kendra Scott Design.
Kendra Scott Design founder and CEO Kendra Scott will continue to hold the majority of shares, while the company's senior officials will remain in their present roles. They will focus on the omnichannel presence of the brand.
Founded in 2002 in Austin, Texas, Kendra Scott Design provides an assortment of jewellery, accessories, home goods and beauty products.
Berkshire Partners managing director Kevin Callaghan said: “Kendra founded the company with a vision of deeply connecting with customers and local communities.
"We are impressed by how the company’s management team has fostered this meaningful connection and driven dramatic growth of the business.

Kendra Scott Design currently operates an e-commerce platform and more than 50 retail stores across 21 states, as well as has partnered with more than 600 speciality boutiques and retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s.
