Verisae CEO Jerry Dolinsky said: “We are pleased that BJ’s Wholesale Club has chosen to adopt the vx Maintain platform to drive cost reductions and improved efficiencies in their service organisation.
“We look forward to a continued relationship with BJ’s Wholesale Club and helping them to meet their business goals.”
A flexible, configurable platform vx Maintain solution manages service and maintenance activities for retail chains and other businesses.
BJ’s Wholesale Club will use vx Maintain to reduce maintenance costs by streamlining management of service work orders and service contractors. This solution will help in eliminating duplicate work orders, faster dispatching, verifying technicians are on site, preventing multiple trip charges, and accurate electronic invoicing.
BJ’s Wholesale Club facility services assistant vice-president Steve Parker said: “After experiencing success with Verisae’s refrigeration management solution, we are confident their other services will help us further cut costs and increase productivity."
