Cloud-based omnichannel engagement and commerce solutions provider Capillary Technologies has collaborated with Exclusífe to provide CRM solutions to retailers in India.

As part of the partnership, the company has also acquired a minority stake in Exclusífe.

ANI quoted Capillary Technologies co-founder and CEO Aneesh Reddy as saying: "This partnership means that, for the first time, retailers and brands of all sizes will have access to best-of-breed solutions.
