Cloud-based e-commerce solutions provider ChannelAdvisor has acquired fulfilment and logistics platform HubLogix Commerce.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed by the parties.
The transaction will allow ChannelAdvisor to strengthen its product suite with the addition of fulfillment automation, while also adding a team of distribution, fulfilment and supply chain domain experts to the organisation.
Based in US, HubLogix enables automation of order management by connecting online storefronts and marketplaces to distribution and fulfilment centres.
ChannelAdvisor CEO David Spitz said: “Earlier this year, we announced the launch of our Fulfillment Network and our dedication to helping our customers streamline their logistics and provide the best customer experience down to the last mile.
“This acquisition provides us the technology and expertise to further enhance our fulfillment offering and capabilities.”

ChannelAdvisor’s e-commerce solutions enable retailers and branded manufacturers to integrate, manage and optimise their merchandise sales across online channels, including Amazon, Google, eBay, Walmart, Facebook.
ChannelAdvisor indicated that the transaction will not impact this year’s revenue or adjusted EBITDA.
