US-based footwear manufacturer and retailer Cole Haan has deployed the cloud-based Aptos Enterprise Order Management solution to improve its omnichannel retail operations.
The retailer already uses Aptos Singular Commerce platform, including Aptos Store for point-of-sale (POS) and mobile POS, as well as Aptos Customer Relationship Management and Aptos Audit and Operations Management for its business operations.
Through the addition of the latest solution, Cole Haan will be able to integrate its digital and physical retail channels with a unified view of customers, inventory, orders and other operational elements.
Cole Haan CEO Ron Edwards said: "The addition of Enterprise Order Management will allow us to gain efficiencies and consistency with a unified processing of all orders originating from the store or ColeHaan.com while enabling associates to provide customers with 'endless aisle' capabilities and streamlined returns of online purchases in the store."
Functional across all in-store and digital touchpoints, the tool can be integrated with Aptos Store, allowing a unified view of the online/offline intersection of commerce, order brokering, order management, order fulfilment, logistics and analytics.
Cole Haan offers footwear, handbags, leather accessories, outerwear and eyewear through a network of 259 stores across 30 countries, in addition to its e-commerce business.
Aptos is a US-based retail technology solutions provider that enables retailers to drive customer engagement, productivity, profitability and growth.
In May, Samsonite selected Aptos Enterprise Order Management to centralise its order management processes and streamline its omnichannel operations.
