India-based textiles manufacturer and supplier Arvind is planning to issue non-convertible debentures in a private placement to raise $74.86m.

The transaction is yet to receive approval from the company’s shareholders.

"The funding will help SchoolWear expand its operations in three states, namely Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa."

Jooyontech has announced plans that it intends to raise $0.93m by issuing 14,285,71 shares in private placement to fund its operations.

Valued at $0.65 each, the shares will be listed next month.

Headquartered in South Korea, Jooyontech provides and manufactures personal computers.

Indian online retailer of school supplies, SchoolWear (Schoolwear.in) has received funding from Navneet Education’s promoter Sunil Gala.
