South Korea-based Avista has announced a rights offering to raise KRW18.02bn ($16.04m).
The offering includes 17 million shares priced at KRW1,060 ($0.943) each.

Avista is designer and retailer of casual apparel for men and women.
Zilingo (Thailand) has announced plans to raise $8m in Series A round of funding. Based in Thailand, Zilingo sells lifestyle products and accessories online.
The funding round will be led by Venturra Capital, an Indonesian venture capital firm.
