Capital International Private Equity Fund VI (CIPEF VI) has announced the acquisition of Koba International Group from Aureos Latin America Fund, I (ALAF 1 Fund).
Based in the US, CIPEF VI is a private equity fund managed by Capital Group Private Markets, while ALAF 1 Fund is managed by The Abraaj Group based in the UAE.
