Delhaize America has announced its plans to deploy Relex Solutions’ supply chain planning solution at its distribution centres.

The solution will help Delhaize achieve product improvements and reduce inventory levels.

Based in the Netherlands, Delhaize is part of international grocery retailer Ahold Delhaize, while Relex is an integrated retail and supply chain planning system provider in Finland.

Hypereal has secured $10m in series B funding round led by venture capital firm Qiming Venture Partners.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in China.

Visual reality headsets developer Hypereal will invest the funding into its research and development.

UK-based private equity firm Beaubridge has announced a £2.5m ($3.09m) investment in online flower marketplace platform provider FloriSmart UK.

FloriSmart plans to use the funds to expand its business.

Titan has selected IBM’s Watson customer engagement and cloud-based solutions to expand its online presence to drive growth and sales.

Titan is an India-based watch manufacturer, while IBM is an American multinational technology company.
