Mattress manufacturer Englander Sleep Products has signed a licensing agreement with Australian-based mattress seller Beds n Dreams.

The latter will manufacture and distribute the former’s coal and foam mattress collections in Australia, as part of the agreement.

Englander is based in the US.

Shanghai Aiqing Network Technology (Niuniuqiche) has secured CNY110m ($16.27m) in a Series A funding round from venture capital firm Kaitai Capital.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in China.

A provider of a B2B e-commerce platform for new car transactions, Niuniuqiche intends to use the funds to enhance its logistics and financing offerings, as well as set up offline stores.

Online pet services provider Chongqing Epet Technology has closed a Series B financing round to raise $53m.

The funding round was led by venture capital firm IDG Capital.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in China.

The funds will be invested into the company's website epet.com, in order to expand its imports from the US, Australia and New Zealand.
