Organic Garage, formerly Crestwell Resources, has signed an agreement with investment company Cormark Securities to raise C$1.5m ($1.15m) through private placement of units priced at C$0.25 ($0.19) each.
The organic and natural grocery retailer will use the funds towards expansion plans and general working capital purposes.
Both companies involved in the transaction are based in Canada.
InComm has announced the signing of a five-year partnership with Ipiranga to sell gift cards at its service stations.
InComm is a prepaid product and transaction services company based in the US, while Ipiranga is a subsidiary of Brazilian fuel distributor Ultra.
