Deals this week: The Good Guys, Dsco, SquadLocker, CST Brands

The platform streamlines The Good Guys’ existing installation operations and allows buyers to rate their experience and provide feedback for the installer.

Dsco has received a strategic investment from Nordstrom to support the continued growth of the company. The investment comes after a successful partnership wherein Nordstrom deployed Dsco to manage the retail supply chain for Nordstrom.com.

Nordstrom's drop ship supply chain is being transitioned by Dsco into its supply network for enhanced retailer and supplier inventory.

SquadLocker has raised $3.75m of its proposed $5.25m round of equity funding. Based in the US, SquadLocker is an online sports apparel company.

CST Brands has completed the sale of 79 stores in the US states of California and Wyoming. The company has made a $408m sale agreement with 7-Eleven and SEI Fuel Services for the sale of the retail outlets in May.

The outlets offer convenience merchandise, beverages, snacks and fresh food. The funds raised from the sale is to be used by CST Brands to repay its loans under revolving credit facility.

Yoke's Fresh Markets (Yoke's Foods) has signed an agreement to buy four Trading Company stores, from Bonner Foods.

The stores to be sold under the agreement are situated in south-west Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cheney, and Post Falls, the US.

Upon completion, the deal will bring the total number of Yoke's Foods stores in Eastern Washington, Central Washington, and North Idaho to 17.
