Home decor retail chain At Home Group has opened its first store in New Jersey, US, in an attempt to expand its footprint in the country.

Marking the company’s 145th location, the new store is located at 989 Church Road in Cherry Hill, across the street from the Cherry Hill Mall.

Spread over more than 100,000ft², the store offers in excess of 50,000 home décor items, ranging from furniture, mirrors, rugs, art and housewares to tabletop, patio and seasonal décor.

“We have a vast selection of styles customers want, all at everyday low prices, and that’s the reason we are one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation.”

Customers can also choose from more than 100 varieties of artificial Christmas trees, indoor and outdoor decorations, themed ornaments and accessories.

At Home chairman and CEO Lee Bird said: “Our new store’s proximity to the Cherry Hill Mall, which is a major regional shopping destination, presents an outstanding opportunity to build brand awareness for At Home as we enter the New Jersey market for the first time.

At the store, room vignettes are used to help shoppers find style ideas by showcasing the latest trends and seasonal items.

The company noted that more than 400 new products are featured at the store.

The store opening is part of the retailer’s plan to open more than 25 new locations this year.
