Luxury fashion retailer Coach has announced plans to acquire clothes and accessories designer and manufacturer Kate Spade & Company.
Both companies involved in the acquisition are based in the US.

Entrepreneur and investor Tomasz Zarnecki has announced the sale of 1.3 million H Series shares equivalent to an 11.64% stake in Alma Market.

Tomasz Zarnecki’s stake in Alma Market will reduce to 38.08%, as a result of the transaction.
Based in Poland, Alma Market is an operator of a chain of delicatessen retail stores.
