Country Road Group Pty Ltd has announced its decision to acquire 100% stake in Politix, a designer menswear retailer.
Both companies involved in the acquisition are based in Australia.

Country Road is a wholly owned subsidiary of South African retail chain operator Woolworths Holdings Limited (WHL).
The acquisition will enable WHL to provide its menswear offerings in Australia and also introduce its brand in David Jones stores and New Zealand.
ThreeSixty Group Ltd (ThreeSixty Group, Inc.) has announced the acquisition of FAO Schwarz Inc. from Toys “R” Us, Inc.
Based in Hong-Kong, ThreeSixty Group designs and distributes consumer products to retailers, and plans to enter the toy business through the acquisition.
Both FAO Schwarz and Toys “R” Us are retailers of children’s toys and based in the US.
