UK-based private equity firm CVC Capital Partners plans to acquire a 40% stake in Israeli pharmaceutical chain Super-Pharm.
Acquisition talks between the two companies are in an advanced stage.

The deal will be made from Super-Pharm founder Leon Koffler, Bank Leumi le-Israel BM and Israel Discount Bank, who respectively hold 15%, 15% and 10% stakes in the target company.
The purchase consideration for the acquisition is expected to be ILS1.9bn ($543.02m).
Camping World has completed the acquisition of US-based company American RV, with the aim of expanding its market footprint and presence.
Also based in the US, Camping World is a retailer of outdoor and camping products.
