UK-based telecom retailer Dixons Carphone has reached an agreement to sell its Spanish business entities, including The Phone House Spain, Connected World Services Europe and Smarthouse.

The entities will be acquired by technological solutions provider Global Dominion Access for €55m ($63.4m).
