GameStop has acquired three national AT&T authorised retailers, including Cellular World, Midwest Cellular and Red Skye Wireless.
Based in the US, GameStop is a video game, consumer electronics and wireless services retailer.
The acquisition will add 507 stores to GameStop’s Technology Brands business.
InComm has acquired ValuAccess, a Hong Kong-based provides stored value programmes, loyalty programmes and transaction processing provider to Asian retailers.
Also based in Hong Kong, InComm is a prepaid product and transaction services company.
Lloyds Pharmacy’s £125m deal to acquire Sainsbury’s pharmacies has been conditionally approved by the UK Competition and Markets Authority.
Lloyds Pharmacy will acquire 281 pharmacies, including 277 in-store pharmacies, which will be rebranded as Lloyds Pharmacy once the deal is closed.
