Gansu Gangtai Holding Group has announced its plans to acquire an 85% stake in Buccellati Holding Italia from Clessidra SGR and Buccellati family for $239.7m.
Gansu Gangtai and Buccellati are jewellery companies, while Clessidra is a private equity firm. Buccellati Holding and Clessidra are both based in Italy.
