Inwido has signed an agreement for the full acquisition of Danish company Bedst & Billigst Group.
Inwido is a supplier of windows and doors, while Bedst & Billigst Group is engaged in online retail.

The Nuance Group has acquired Nuance Group (India) Private Limited (NGIPL) from Shoppers Stop by purchasing a remaining 40% stake in NGIPL for Rs60m ($0.91m).
Based in Switzerland, The Nuance Group operates duty and tax-free travel retail outlets, as well as specialty stores.
NGIPL is a joint venture (JV) between Shoppers Stop and The Nuance Group, which operates duty-free retail shops at Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore.
