The agreement also gives JD Sports Fashion an option to acquire a further 35% stake in Hot-T fascia at the end of 2017.
Shoemarker is a footwear retailer, while Hot-T is an athletic goods supplier.
The acquisition is expected to cost £5.5m ($7.43m), and will mark JD Sports Fashion’s entry into the South Korean market.
