Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has announced that it has secured refinancing for one of the malls it is developing in a joint venture with Centennial Real Estate Company (Centennial), Montgomery Street Partners (MSP), USAA Real Estate Company (USAA RealCo) and Westfield America.
