South Africa-based international retail holding company Steinhoff International Holdings has purchased more than 61 million shares from Poundland Group, acquiring a 22.78% stake in the company.
Poundland Group is a UK-based single price value general merchandise value retailer in Europe.

US-based domestic merchandise retail stores operator Bed Bath & Beyond has taken over American online furnishing retailer One Kings Lane.
Following the deal, Bed Bath & Beyond’s products will be endorsed on One Kings Lane website, offering more exposure and reach ability to the company.
