Illinois-based Food service company US Foods Inc has announced its plans to acquire meat processor and distributor SRA Foods, which is headquartered in Alabama.

The acquisition will enable US Foods to expand its presence in the south region.

Footwear retailer Aetrex Worldwide has announced the acquisition of customised 3D printed orthotics and software provider SOLS Systems.
