Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee management firm National DCP (NDCP) has selected the Worksoft Certify software for high-speed business process testing across its enterprise application.
The software will enable NDCP to increase project speed and process quality as it deploys SAP and Manhattan enterprise applications.
Worksoft CEO Jim Kent said: "Worksoft automation will help NDCP have greater certainty in completing their technology projects on time and on budget, and reinforce project success with SAP, Manhattan, web, and more."
NDCP vice-president for applications and architecture Brian Gentile said: "Worksoft automation will help us test business processes more completely, more often, and at very high speed, resulting in greater business agility and reduced risk when we make technology changes.
"With Worksoft, we have greater assurance that our critical business processes will work as planned, across our enterprise system landscape."
The software will enable NDCP to improve the quality of testing and reduce the risk by uncovering software defects before they enter production environments.
The software will also help NDCP build a robust portfolio of automated and repeatable tests, which can result in efficient delivery of enterprise application projects.
