US-based electronics e-retailer Newegg has partnered with payment facilitator PingPong to streamline the online purchasing process for Chinese merchants.
This partnership will enable sellers to easily collect payment from their customers using Newegg's platform while providing them with quick access to the e-retailer’s technology products.
Commenting on the collaboration, Newegg CEO Danny Lee said: “Our relationship with PingPong gives our customers quicker access to the latest and most innovative products from China.

Chinese merchants can now easily pursue cross-border online retail sales using the payment service provided by PingPong and collect proceeds from the purchases on Newegg.
This collaboration agreement will result in attracting more new China-based sellers to Newegg’s online platform, thereby enabling them to directly access the e-retailer's more than 30 million customers.
The companies will combine Newegg’s established sales platform and marketing expertise with PingPong’s secure payment system to provide robust support for these new sellers.
With operations in China, the US, Europe and Hong Kong, PingPong provides a specialised payment service for Chinese e-commerce sellers.
Newegg offers a comprehensive selection of the latest consumer electronics products, detailed descriptions and images, as well as how-to information and customer reviews.
