PnP Loyalty has announced plans to leverage Epson America ’s OmniLink Merchant Services (OMS) platform for its new retail and restaurant customer engagement platform.
PnP Loyalty provides loyalty, CRM and digital rewards solutions for convenience stores and chain restaurants.
As part of its new engagement solution, the company will leverage Epson's OMS cloud to offer the key features that are required to help clients set up rules to automate communications by understanding their guests' behaviors.

The solution will help to take up customer engagement through a guest facing tablet, a mobile app, or a combination of both.
Epson's OmniLink receipt printer's cloud card and PnP Loyalty's plug-and-play function enable integration with almost any POS system to capture data and run customer engagement programmes.
The OMS platform opens up the options and choices for retail and restaurant operators to access a global network of cloud and mobile-based tools.
