US-based off-price retailer Forman Mills has selected the Aptos Singular Commerce platform in the Cloud.
Offering a selection of footwear, apparel and home fashions, the company is set to enter its next stage of growth and expansion using a recent investment from Goode Partners.
Forman Mills executive chairman and interim CEO Allen Weinstein said: “The Aptos Singular Commerce platform will enable us to better serve our customers through a faster and more efficient checkout process and provide us tools to match assortment and store inventory allocations to customer needs.
“The Aptos Cloud delivery model also eliminates the need for significant infrastructure and hosting investment.”
The company is investing in the Aptos Singular Commerce suite of retail technology solutions, in order to support its expansion plans.
Aptos suite includes store for point-of-sale, CRM, merchandising, warehouse management, audit and operations management, as well as analytics.
Aptos CEO and culture leader Noel Goggin said: “Forman Mills has grown substantially over the past three decades to become a major multi-state retailer in the off-price sector.
“By modernising its retail technology infrastructure and leveraging the powerful Aptos Singular Commerce platform in the cloud, the company will be well-positioned to embark on its exciting next wave of growth.”
More than 125,000 stores are live on Aptos’ Cloud-based singular commerce platform.
