StayinFront has acquired GHI Technologies, a Canada-based integrator of business intelligence (BI) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
Based outside of Toronto, the GHI office will be renamed as StayinFront Canada, marking the company's 12th branch worldwide.
All employees of GHI are expected to be retained.
Basedin New Jersey, US, StayinFront is a provider of mobile cloud-based CRM and field force automation solutions.
GHI develops and deploys BI and CRM solutions for retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, transportation, property management and distribution retail industries.
As a partner of StayinFront, it offers implementation and training services for StayinFront Touch and StayinFront Edge customers in Canada.
StayinFront CEO Thomas Buckley said: "GHI's extensive BI and analytics expertise, together with their experience with StayinFront Touch and StayinFront Edge in the Canadian market, will help us deliver more value to our life sciences and consumer goods customers across the globe."

The merged entity of GHI and StayinFront will deliver seamless CRM and BI solutions to the Canadian market, as well as enhanced analytics and BI services for its multinational customers.
