Social media search and display platform Tagboard has acquired Ziibra, a Seattle-based start-up that offers e-commerce solutions for an undisclosed amount.
Tagboard’s clients include Microsoft Stores, Hershey, Louis Vuitton, Adidas, Nordstrom, Athleta and Walmart.
The acquisition will enable Tagboard to bring additional value to its customer base by supporting social e-commerce integrations.
Following the acquisition, Ziibra founder and CEO Omri Mor, co-founder Justin Myers and select staff, will join Tagboard with immediate effect as part of the product development team.
Tagboard also announced that first product-level features following this purchase are already within active development in cooperation with the Seattle Seahawks and will soon be released.
Tagboard CEO Josh Decker said: "With the acquisition of Ziibra, we are now poised to provide our customers with tools for dynamic social integrations no matter what those may be: e-commerce, conversational commerce, mobile experiences, etc."
