Customer communication platform Podium has announced a partnership with American retail management solutions provider PROFITsystems, to strengthen the furniture retail industry.

As part of the partnership, Podium’s customers can use PROFITsystems retail software solution to merge their point of sale (POS) data with Podium’s messaging and online review products.

The automation of online review process will allow retailers to send review invitations to customers as text message after they complete the transaction.

The integration will help furniture retailers by increasing the number of quality of their online reviews on Google , Facebook and other review sites, which in turn will influence customers’ decision while purchasing furniture.
