Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) was €523m, compared with €607m a year earlier.

By brand, Prada recorded a 3.3% YoY rise in retail sales, with growth reaching 6.3% in the second quarter.

The company said this was driven by broad-based gains across regions, particularly the Americas, Japan and Asia-Pacific, and attributed the performance to like-for-like, full-price sales.

Miu Miu posted a 2.5% YoY increase in retail sales.

Second quarter growth was 2.6%, unchanged from the first quarter, against what the group described as a steeper impact from the Middle East conflict and comparatives of 40% growth in the second quarter of 2025.

The group said trends remained strong in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Japan, while Europe stayed soft though improving.

Versace generated net revenues of €305m in the half and “performed in line with expectations”, with focus on lifting the quality of revenue and strengthening retail execution.

Across regions, Asia-Pacific retail sales rose 15% at constant currency and 6% organic to €922m.

In Europe, retail sales increased 5% at constant currency but fell 4% organic to €752m.

The Americas recorded retail sales growth of 37% at constant currency and 17% organic to €572m.

Japan retail sales rose 6% at constant currency and 2% organic to €288m.

Middle East retail sales declined 24% at constant currency and organic to €98m, as the regional conflict continued through the second quarter, though the group said local consumption remained relatively resilient.

Prada Group CEO Andrea Guerra said: “We close the first six months of the year with solid results, accelerating in the second quarter on a positive Q1.

“At Prada, the team effort resulted into a strong Q2 performance, and we will continue to work relentlessly across product, retail and communication to drive the brand towards its full potential.”
