US-based retail strategy solutions provider Premium Retail Services (Premium) has acquired Walmart merchandising company Premier Concepts (Premier) for an undisclosed price.

Currently serving as a Walmart’s preferred service provider, Premium intends to further strengthen its approach towards Walmart merchandising with this acquisition.

Based in Chesterfield, Missouri, Premium has been providing retail strategies, merchandising, brand advocacy services, as well as supporting its clients with tools and technologies to address their unique business needs.

Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, Premier has been representing manufacturer’s products at Walmart Supercenters and providing retail merchandising, supply chain solutions, category management and headquarter assistance to Walmart suppliers.

Premier also offers its Smartcom technology, which allows teams to identify key sales driving opportunities store-by-store and item-by-item.

According to Premium, Bill Campbell has been promoted as the company’s chief operating officer (COO), who was serving as sales and marketing president.
