Consultancy and technology group REPL Group has entered into a strategic partnership with global retail management consulting firm Connors Group.
The partnership will focus on improving retail customers’ end-to-end integrated approach to productivity, forecasting, and budgeting.
REPL’s ADAPT technology will be integrated with Connors’ cloud-based engineered labour standards software platform LaborPro. This combined technology will allow the retailers to manage complex labour models and make better productivity and workforce decisions.
ADAPT is designed to calculate, manage and analyse data using artificial intelligence and machine learning. It provides insights into business operations that assist retailers in planning, preparing and mitigating risks.
Connors Group senior director Chris Kelly said: “Connors Group and REPL Group naturally complement each other and we view this partnership as an opportunity to unlock significantly more value for our clients.
“Our joint solutions allow our clients to maximise the benefit of their labour standards-based labour models to drive operational improvements in the business.”
REPL Group will also have the chance to continue providing its support to global brands on business digitisation and workforce productivity solutions.
REPL Group CEO Cerys Johnson said: “I am very excited about this partnership with Connors Group. It allows our customers to revolutionise their approach to in-store productivity at a time when it has never been more vital.
“We look forward to building on an already successful relationship for the benefit of both REPL Group and Connors Group customers.”
