Consultancy and technology group REPL Group has entered into a strategic partnership with global retail management consulting firm Connors Group.

Consultancy and technology group REPL Group has entered into a strategic partnership with global retail management consulting firm Connors Group.

The partnership will focus on improving retail customers’ end-to-end integrated approach to productivity, forecasting, and budgeting.

REPL’s ADAPT technology will be integrated with Connors’ cloud-based engineered labour standards software platform LaborPro. This combined technology will allow the retailers to manage complex labour models and make better productivity and workforce decisions.

ADAPT is designed to calculate, manage and analyse data using artificial intelligence and machine learning. It provides insights into business operations that assist retailers in planning, preparing and mitigating risks.
