Spar Slovenia has launched its new online store, which offers a wide range of products such as groceries, fresh produce, household and personal care items.

The online store concept has been introduced by the company to meet the changing needs of its modern customers who seek to save their time through online shopping.

Spar Slovenia customers will be able to collect the products at Spar Online pick-up and pay drive-in station at the InterSpar Citypark in Ljubljana.

The online platform also offers a free home delivery service for purchases exceeding €40.

Using its delivery system, Spar Slovenia will be delivering the products at customer’s home within a specified time period.

In order to reduce its environmental impact, Spar Slovenia will deliver products purchased through its online stores in paper bags or bags made from 100% organic potato starch, which can be either reused or returned to the store.

Founded in 1992, Spar Slovenia is operated by Austria Spar International (ASPIAG).

Spar Slovenia currently manages a distribution centre and bakery corporate-owned stores, and is reported to be one of the key employers in the region.
