Syndigo said the framework is intended to support performance across both AI-based recommendation systems and traditional product detail pages (PDPs).

The Enhanced Content component is designed to provide more detailed product information to help shoppers evaluate suitability, value and points of difference.

Syndigo claims this capability has been associated with an average 39% increase in add-to-cart rates.

The company also said structured product content can act as a signal for AI agents when assessing and recommending products.

PowerReviews adds ratings, reviews and user-generated images and videos aimed at supporting purchase decisions.

Syndigo added that shoppers who interact with reviews convert at a rate 108% higher than those who do not.

The framework also includes Taggstar, which applies real-time behavioural data and social proof messaging to strengthen shopper confidence during the buying process.

Businesses using the technology have seen conversion rate gains ranging from 2% to 20%, according to the company.

The framework links engagement, trust and purchasing momentum throughout the online shopping journey for both consumers and AI-powered commerce systems.

The launch comes at a time when customer acquisition costs are continuing to increase, and PDP conversion rates remain low, typically at between 1% and 3%.

Syndigo chief marketing officer Leah Allen said: “The brands and retailers investing in content quality, authentic reviews, and real-time conversion signals today are the same brands that will win in e-commerce and agentic commerce. The Syndigo Conversion Framework is built for both.”
