Under the agreement, TCS will support retail enterprises in using Rezolve Ai’s intelligent commerce platform, brainpowa, for AI-led functions spanning conversational commerce, intelligent discovery and agentic checkout.

TCS UK and Europe retail head Shekar Krishnan said: “Our partnership with Rezolve Ai combines TCS’ global transformation capabilities with a specialised AI-powered commerce platform built for real-world enterprise deployment.

“This partnership is a key component of TCS’ strategy to create an integrated AI ecosystem bringing together in-house innovation with strategic partnerships to industrialise AI and deliver scalable, real-world outcomes for enterprises.”

Retailers will also be able to use the agentic commerce offering through TCS’ global network of Pace Port innovation centres.

TCS said the agreement is part of its wider strategy to support businesses in implementing Human+AI decision-making systems across operations and scaling practical AI deployments for enterprise customers.

Rezolve Ai CEO Daniel M Wagner said: “This partnership is a major commercial milestone for Rezolve Ai. TCS brings extraordinary reach, deep enterprise trust, and global execution capability.

“Together, we are creating a clear pathway to take agentic commerce from platform innovation to enterprise‑scale deployment.”

In November 2025, UK supermarket chain Morrisons signed a new five-year agreement with TCS, extending their collaboration to support digital transformation.

That agreement will involve TCS helping Morrisons align its retail, e-commerce and marketing operations, while accelerating the delivery of digital products.

TCS has supported several digital initiatives at Morrisons since the two companies began their partnership in 2014.
