Retail technology solutions firm Truno has signed an acquisition agreement to purchase US-headquartered retail hardware and software provider Radius Solutions.

The deal is part of the company’s efforts to expand its business as a technology partner to retailers in the country.

Truno completed ten acquisitions over the past ten years to expand its business into new geographic regions and add new talent to its team.

Radius offers retail technology solutions, including hardware, software and services to more than 4,000 retailers nationwide.

The merger allows both the companies to access a combined customer base of 12,000 retail locations, greater operational efficiencies and agility in scale.

Together the companies are able to also offer solutions in point-of-sale hardware, software and value-add services.
