French luxury group LVMH has added Véronique Courtois and Antoine Arnault to its executive committee as part of organisational changes.

LVMH said the appointments are designed to ensure managerial and strategic continuity.

Courtois has been appointed chair and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the group’s beauty division while continuing to lead the Dior fragrance house.

In the expanded role, she will oversee all Maisons within the beauty portfolio.

She joined the group in 2000 and worked across market and marketing positions before becoming the chief marketing officer of French perfume, cosmetics, and skincare house Guerlain in 2007.

Courtois was named president and CEO of Guerlain in 2019 before taking on the same role at Parfums Christian Dior in March 2023.

LVMH's current image and environment director Arnault also joins the executive committee and will retain responsibility for image, communications and sustainability initiatives, a remit he has held since 2020.

He founded a technology business specialising in domain registration in 2000 before joining Louis Vuitton as communications director.

In 2011, he became the CEO of footwear maker Berluti before being appointed chairman of Italy’s Loro Piana in 2013, a role he held until 2025.

He was named chief executive and vice-chairman of the board at Christian Dior in December 2022 and became chairman of Berluti’s supervisory board in January 2024.

As chair of Agache Sport, he was appointed a director of Paris Football Club in November 2024.

LVMH group managing director Stéphane Bianchi said: “I am very pleased to welcome Véronique Courtois and Antoine Arnault to the group executive committee. Throughout their rich careers at LVMH, Véronique and Antoine have consistently demonstrated our Group's values and propelled its ambitious development through their impactful achievements.”

The group also confirmed that Stéphane Rinderknech, who oversaw the development of its hospitality operations and the beauty division, is leaving to pursue personal projects.
