Swiss sportswear company On has opened a new store in the Parque Arauco shopping mall in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, as it expands its footprint in South America.
The outlet takes over from the brand's existing Santiago location and offers more floor space than the earlier site.
It also hosts the Santiago On Run Club, which is the company's first in-store run club in Chile, aimed at runners and movement enthusiasts.
Shoppers can find On's complete footwear, apparel and accessories range.
On's global retail network now spans more than 70 locations, four of which are in Latin America, including stores in Brazil and Mexico City.
In 2025, the company introduced On.com for customers in Colombia and Chile and said it intends to look at further markets.
On Latin America general manager Fiorella Palacios said: “Our new larger store in Santiago not only showcases our latest head-to-toe performance products within a stunning design inspired by Cerro El Plomo, but also introduces our in-store run club to this vibrant community for the first time.”
In a separate development, On entered Austria with the launch of its first store there, in Vienna, and will open two more in Germany, in Munich and Düsseldorf.
The additions extend its owned retail presence in the German-speaking region.
The Vienna outlet is at Neubaugasse 20 in the city's seventh district and covers 230m².
The Munich store will open at Theatinerstrasse 38 on 15 October and spans more than 420m² over two floors.
The third, at Schadowstrasse 24 in Düsseldorf, is due to open towards the end of the year. Located near Königsallee, it covers 150m².
The three stores will sit alongside On's existing outlets in Berlin and its flagship in Zurich.
In its latest quarterly update, On reported net sales of SFr850.3m ($1.04bn) for the second quarter (Q2) ended 30 June 2026, up 13.5% year-on-year (YoY), or 21.6% at constant currency.
