Shoppes of Westlake Landings is a new retail and restaurant complex being developed in Westlake, the newest city in Palm Beach County, Florida, by Konover South, a real-estate company based in the US.

The complex is part of a bigger building project in 3,800-acre Westlake, including 4,500 residential and 2.2 million ft2 of commercial development. Ground-breaking for the project took place in January 2023, while the facility is expected to open in Fall 2023.

Shoppes of Westlake Landings location

Shoppes of Westlake Landings will be located on the southwest corner of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road and Persimmon Boulevard in the City of Westlake.

The complex is being developed on a seven-acre land parcel within the 50-acre mixed-use Westlake Landings business park, purchased by Konover South from Minto Communities, a Canadian real estate company and the master developer of Westlake, in 2021.

The site is at a convenient location with access to the main intersection, adjacent to 7-Eleven and high visibility on the city’s main road, accessing the commercial district, high school, and public park.

Westlake is surrounded by more than 18,000 existing estate homes in the trade area.
