Grocery retailer Auchan Retail Polska has partnered with unified supply chain provider RELEX Solutions to bolster its omnichannel sales strategy.
Already in place across the retailer’s stores, the system’s implementation will extend to warehouses and distribution networks as part of its next phase.
The platform will also be added to its new e-grocery fulfilment centre, to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
The deployment of RELEX Solutions supply chain and retail planning platform is intended to improve demand and forecasting capabilities.
Powered by the latest technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), the solution enables the retailer to offer comprehensive and fully integrated supply chain management across all its distribution channels.
It optimises both Auchan’s internal processes and supplier collaboration, focusing on demand planning, product availability and resource management.
