Marquee Brands to offer Fast one-click checkout to online customers

Fast is expanding into the UK market following its launch in November last year.

US-based online checkout solution provider Fast has partnered with luxury retail brand manager Marquee Brands to enhance the shopping experience for its global online customers.

As part of the partnership, Fast will offer its single-click checkout technology to Marquee Brands’ portfolio of direct-to-consumer websites.

Online customers will have access to a checkout button that allows them to place their orders with one click.

Fast CEO and co-founder Domm Holland said: “Marquee Brands is home to some of the world’s most iconic brands, whose customers expect the very best at every touchpoint.

“A frictionless checkout process is crucial for a truly outstanding customer journey. Marquee Brands has been at the forefront of implementing technology that enables customers to have the best online experience possible, and we are proud to partner with them.”

Customers will need to enter their contact information and payment details when using the technology for the first time.

They can then use the one-click checkout at any online store that uses the technology on their next purchase.

Fast said that its one-click checkout technology has proven to have reduced cart abandonment rates and increased conversion.

The partnership with Marquee Brands comes after the company entered the UK market in November last year.

Based in New York City, Marquee Brands manages a range of brands, including Martha Stewart, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Ben Sherman, Body Glove and Motherhood Maternity.

In December 2019, the company was chosen as the preferred bidder to acquire maternity apparel retailer Destination Maternity, which had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier that year.
